Tested with LO 6.1.1 from Ubuntu PPA. Indeed for the first PDF export, the
dialog (every tabs) is not translated, but it is translated if I do a second
export.
So the problem is not in the translation itself but how the translation is
shown by the dialog.
Set as regression because this bug does not appear in LO 6.0.6 from the same
PPA.
