Sheet 'Sverige-2018' is stored with
<dimension ref="A1:AMN153"/>
which is 4 columns more than 1024 (column AMJ). For rows 145 to 153 the span
includes column 1028 (AMN) as in
<row r="145" spans="1:19 1028:1028" x14ac:dyDescent="0.2">
Note that there is stray formatting (gray cell background and maybe others)
sprinkled across the sheet, maybe that's related, specifically for a custom
format like in
<row r="148" spans="1:19 1028:1028" s="2" customFormat="1"
x14ac:dyDescent="0.2">
Anyhow, the file says there are more columns than 1024 involved, so the warning
is correct.
