The issue here and in all valid duplicates has been Windows os/DE only and is
caused by implementation issues in the Windows native VistaFilePickerImpl()
module.
Toggling "false" the 'UseSystemFileDialog' (now moved to Expert configuration)
will launch the native LO dialog which has never mishandled file paths for PDF
creation.
Recent linux os/DE filemanager specific issues, e.g. bug 119133 and duplicates
have had issues with DE integration with file management--those are distinct to
this MS Windows os/DE module
Restoring to Windows only here, and resetting as bug rather than enhancement.
