Confirmed with Ubuntu 18.04
Using Version: 6.0.7.0.0+
Build ID: 3e7dea0348149ae43e5142d5820b094643f39178
to create the example file
Then opening that file with Version: 6.2.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: 7595fce391ba2aca49db87c93006302d0c2a64f2
will render the form unusable.
I think there is already an issue on this.
