On version LibreOffice 6.1.0.3 10(Build:3)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new document.
2. Press "Ctrl+S" or the Save button, or "Ctrl+O" or the Open button, or
Insert->Image... or other thing that opens the Save or Open dialog box.
Actual Results:
Dialog box appears with no contents and then vanishes.
Expected Results:
Dialog box should appear, allow me to enter input, and then go away.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
