Description:
When I try to sign the document and trying to start the certification manager
from File->Digital Signatures I am getting a message "Could not start
certification manager".
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any file in ODT format in Writer
2. Click Digital Signatures->Digital Signatures
3. Click Start Certificate Manager
Actual Results:
A window with the text "Could not start certification manager" appears.
Expected Results:
The interface of the Certificate Manager appears
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
