Hello,
I can't extract anything else because I reinstalled Libreoffice.
After reinstalling Libreoffice 6.1.1.2, with the same settings, Format Cell now
works fine.
But the Calc Shortcut Icon still empty.
Before I had on my machine the Libreoffice 6.0.X.
