some remarks:
- copy cell range A8:D8 to A4 will work
- after removing all $ from formula's in row 3
it will work even with cut and paste
i think this issus maybe has the same root cause as reported in:
Lonely SUM formula fails to update, and thus can lead
to a treacherously wrong result
