the feature button was added to the character dialog. However, if such a dialog
is acceded from the search & replace dialog, where no font is selected, the
button does nothing.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Go to Edit - Search & Replace
3. Click on format
4. click on any feature button
-> Nothing happens
Expected behavior: it should be greyed out...
