Slow pasting of a large amount of plain text
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 145051
2. Disable automatic spell checking
2. CTRL+A & CTRL+C
3. CTRL+N and CTRL+V (twice). Wait and monitor CPU time taken
Actual Results:
15 seconds with LibO4472 (only maxed out half of the time)
28 seconds with LibO6.2
Expected Results:
15 seconds
Reproducible: Always
