The settings are not kept in 5.2, 5.0 or 4.3. So this is not a regression. I
suspect PPTX does not support setting a time for the loop. All the tutorials I
found speak of "Loop continuously until 'Esc'"

Can you find documentation that says PPTX supports this style of looping?
