Complementary information
I uninstalled off my computer LibreOffice 6.1.1.2 and the AppData user profile
I load LibreOffice 6.0.6.2 and try once more with my Test File = It works
without error
I uninstalled 6.0.6.2 and reload 6.1.1.2 : LibreOffice crashes with the same
Test File
