Description:
Selecting text by dragging isn't working properly after some change in the
document
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the text with the mouse by dragging downwards -> Fine
3. Change the anchoring of the frame border to Paragraph
4. Undo the change
5. Select the text with the mouse by dragging downwards with the mouse (stops
everywhere)
Actual Results:
Selecting text by dragging stops working properly
Expected Results:
Same as the initial siutation
Reproducible: Always
