Steps to reproduce:
1. Download LibO_3.5.6_MacOS_x86_langpack_nl.dmg
2. Double click
3. OSX Mountain Lion says that it cannot be opened for security reasons, the
install package is from an untrusted developer.
Current behavior:
Cannot install due to missing developer certificate
Expected behavior:
Install works
