the UseSystemFileDialog for Windows, "native"--VistaFilePickerImpl--does not
have any issue with 6.1.1 or master/6.2.0; able to navigate with keyboard to
the "All files (*.*) drop list.
But I can confirm that using the LibreOFfice "internal" file dialog provides no
keyboard navigation with <TAB>/<Shift><TAB> onto the "File type:" drop list
widget.
