The meaning of this meta bug was diluted over the years. I removed many reports
that do not deal with new features needing documentation.
Everyone: remember that meta bugs should provide some additional value. The
component "Documentation" already tells us that there is *some need* concerning
Help. If we throw absolutely everything under "HelpGaps" it becomes
meaningless.
I have changed the alias to be more precise and hopefully avoid sprawl.
In this sense, I also question the usefulness of "Bug 106040 (Help) - [META]
Help bugs and enhancements". I get it that it might be aimed to be a "meta bug
for meta bugs", but the name really does not describe this. People have already
thrown random bugs into it.
