The problem was in master introduced by
https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=4b4942224b550235da228655677b5c068a053254
and cherry-picked to 6.1 ( that's why it's reproduced in 6.1.2 ) in
https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?h=libreoffice-6-1&id=1ebb77fd17b417d92ab48fcef56a0230c5750de2.
In master it was fixed by
https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=6ebe8b9068be019d9e8ce4f558eb07304e2023f6
but never cherry-picked.
Backported to 6.1 in https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/61209/
