            Bug ID: 120248
Summary: Add an option to choose the application, which is used
                    to show the local help
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.2.0.0.alpha0+ Master
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Currently the help uses the default browser of the operating system. That is
problematic for me. My default browser is "Seamonkey" (similar to Firefox but
with integrated email client). Seamonkey cannot display the new CSS feature
"grid". So all texts are one below the other instead of having the index left
from the text.
Chrome can display it, but I do not want to make Chrome my default browser.

Other reasons for using different browsers for online and for showing local
documents might be using different security settings and plugins.
