the issue still exit in:

CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3;
Locale: ar-OM (en_US.UTF-8); Calc: group threaded
The problem is in column order and it seems that LO ignores <w:bidi/> tag in
docx.
