Missing dimensions units on ruler after inserting a chart
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer (take a look at the ruler)
2. Insert a chart (strange ruler).
3. Deselect the chart (ruler still off)
Might be related to bug 119829

Units are missing on the ruler
