Description:
Start Libre Office; hold Ctrl and type O to open a file -> nothing happens.
After once pressing the alt-key it works
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start libre office
2. hold ctrl
3. type the letter O
4. the 'open file dialog' does not show up
Actual Results:
4. the 'open file dialog' does not show up
Expected Results:
4. the 'open file dialog' should show up
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
after once pressing 'alt' key it is ok
