            Bug ID: 120339
Summary: VIEWING Vertical scroll bar does not respond to direct
click from mouse, but clicking next to it does select
                    it for dragging.
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.1.0.3 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
Only tested in Writer.

When trying to scroll through a document by clicking and dragging the position
indicator of the vertical scroll bar, nothing happens. It stays the same colour
and the document doesn't scroll as expected.

When clicking slightly to the left of the position indicator on the scroll bar,
the colour changes (ie. it has been selected) and dragging the bar up or down
works as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a document spanning multiple pages
2. Use the mouse pointer to click and drag the vertical scroll bar

Actual Results:
Scrolling won't work, the scroll bar position indicator is not selected when
clicked directly

Expected Results:
It should have recognised the click on the position indicator of the scroll bar
and then scroll as expected.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
