All affected can try bibisecting to find the problem:
Install cygwin:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/Bibisect/Windows#Setting_up_Environment
Then in your cygwin environment:
git clone git://gerrit.libreoffice.org/bibisect-win32-6.0
Wait a long time while it downloads.
Finally start bibisecting:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/Bibisect/Windows#Bibisecting_the_Bug
I don't remember if the 6.0 repo has "latest" tag, so use "master" instead if
needed.
