I agree with Bernard on "The solution is to define a "context language" which
can be by default the "interface language" with a proposal to automatic or
manual switch."
For example in romanian language there are not so many answers to problems. So
knowing english I could use an option to change to english language where more
answers are available.
This option doesn't exist.
