@Timur: I still can confirm the bug with LibreOffice 6.1.x.
Please find attached a new screencast showing the LibreOffice freeze at 0:0:12
(12th second). When the inner-frame touches the outer-frame, LO freezes.
You can also see the jump of one CPU core to 100% in the System Monitor below
the LibreOffice window.
