Bottom textbox border out of scope out after decreasing width (crossing page
border) & increase back to initial
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Decrease the width (text will fall of the page)
3. Increase the width again (text will be back, border still gone)
Actual Results:
Border out of reach
Expected Results:
Textbox should shrink
Reproducible: Always
