I open attachment 145487 normally with images.
You can try:
- to again download LO from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/ and
install,
- to delete LO profile: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile
- to change OpenGL in Tools-Options-LO-View.
