Description:
In current master, the cell formatting dialog is not resizable and too high so
that the buttons at the bottom are not visible.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open Calc
2.right click on a cell and choose Format Cells
3.
Actual Results:
see attached screencopy
Expected Results:
the dialog window should be resizable
Reproducible: Always
