--- Comment #4 from Kim <[email protected]> 2012-09-11 19:47:17 UTC --- A simple exercise that will illustrate the problem :- 1) create 2 successive but different lines . 2) duplicate the first line by copying it and inserting it above the second line . 3) do this 40 times . notice :- 1) how many key strokes you have to do . 2) that you have to re-copy the line each time . 3) that you can't copy multiple lines and insert them . Please Note :- this is a common operation when filling out expenses - eg. duplicating lunch or accomodation details then changing the individual cells - eg. amounts - to the respective values . What I often do is to go through the recepits , say , once a month . I group them into categories - by provider , put them in date order , create a common entry line in the spread sheet , duplicate that entry line the corresponding number of times , enter in the specific details . -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug. _______________________________________________ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list [email protected] http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
