I can confirm that with 6.1.2.1, I can now open and even edit the manuscript
with comments. In contrast, with 6.0.5 I gave up after 20 mins of waiting for
it to load the file and render the first page (at 100% CPU).
With 6.1.2.1 it will open the file and load it in 2 mins, and I can scroll and
even edit.
