Update: reviewed the Writer Doc (for v6) as well as the momentous "Designing
with LibreOffice" - none of them detail a way to customise the 8 defaults, but
I have come to realise that the issue is actually wider as this applies to all
..
- bullet lists
- numbered lists
- outline lists
>From an UI perspective, it seems logical to right-click on one of the relevant
bullet/numbering/outline button and end up in a menu that enables
customisation, possibly with the effect that all associated bullet/numbered
items/outlines with that specific button get updates as is the case with a text
style update.
Hope this clarifies things. The "more xx" button at the end of the respective
menus offers a degree of workaround.
