Recently added uno:SetMinimalRowHeight and uno:SetOptimalRowHeight didn't find
anywhere in the menubar to be added. They are only added to toolbar and
popupmenu (context-based) menus. Similarly, Table Properties is nowhere to be
found via the menu etc.
htietze suggested Format - Table submenu. Within that I suggest
