In order to resolve bug 62561 we need the UNO commands
.uno:OpenHyperlinkOnCursor
.uno:EditHyperlink
.uno:CopyHyperlinkLocation
.uno:RemoveHyperlink
Those are defined for Writer and Draw/Impress but not Calc.
