Although this test document has a very bad design (using table this way is as
bad design as it is for website), I reproduce the problem with
Version: 6.1.2.1
Build ID: 1:6.1.2~rc1-0ubuntu0.18.04.1
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3;
Locale: fr-FR (fr_FR.UTF-8); Calc: threaded
