Now the first of the preset is selected and there is no change to alter
anything, e.g. the type (original, stretch, tiled), for the existing bitmap
filling.
For Bitmap (and Gradient, Hatch and Pattern) there should exists a selection
"used in this document", similar as the "Document colors" for colors.
