Minimal window is reproduced also in the following case:
1) Call libreoffice with gtk3
$ SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3 libreoffice6.2 --writer
2) Maximize the window
3) Close the window
4) Open libreoffice with kde5
Result: window opens with the minimum size
Version: 6.2.0.0.alpha1
