Description:
When adding border to a text in Writer, borders are also added to text which
has not been selected. I prepared a gif-video illustrating an issue. It is

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create some pages of text in Writer
2. Select some lines around which you wish to but a border
3. Right-click over the selection and select Paragraph... in context menu
4. Select Borders tab, then select preset "Set All Four Borders", then press
"OK"
5. You will get random border around lines/paragraphs which has not been
selected.

Actual Results:
The borders were added to lines which had not been selected.

Expected Results:
The borders should be added around only thouse lines which has been selected.

User Profile Reset: No
