Recap:
I'm for implementing some REGEX function(s) to search for and also replace
similar to /regex/ and s/regex/replacement/flags
I'm against naming it (or them) the same REGEXMATCH or REGEXEXTRACT as in
Google Sheets or mapping import to such function, because Google Sheets uses
RE2 while we use ICU's Regex and there are subtle differences in the supported
expressions and metacharacters, which could lead to different results for the
same regex.
