                OS: Windows (All)

Description:
Libreoffice Version 6.1.3.1

Message received :
crashreport.libreoffice.org/stats/crash_details/279932fe-ed90-4352-9b51-b1b10f537c0a

A form is created based on a table. At a second time a record is added to the
table (name, Charvar). When trying to add to the already created form the new
field, for data input, the database crashes. The selected field in the table is
highlighted but the cursor on the screen remains the same and there is no
design window nor drafting tool appearing. After 7 to 10 seconds, the database
crashes. A message appears as mentioned and some second later another one
asking whether to start in safe mode the complete Base.
When doing that, there is now way to re-open the data base in normal form.
I need to enter task manager and delete manually the running in the background
applications of Libreoffice

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a table
2. Create a form with all table fields
3. Add a new field in the table
4. try to add the field in the existing form. This cannot be done and the base
crashes

Actual Results:
1. Create a table
2. Create a form with all table fields
3. Add a new field in the table
4. try to add the field in the existing form. This cannot be done and the base
crashes

Expected Results:
The base crashes.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
The new addition to the form should be possible.
