Description:
Formatting. In new calc sheet dotted/dash cell borders display as solid lines
at 100%. Have to increase zoom to over 200% to see actual dot/dash which
appear very thick.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Chose New spreadsheet
2.Click any cell
3.Change border line type to dot/dash
Actual Results:
displays as solid line
Expected Results:
display as dotted/dash line
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
