Same as 01 but after numbering and save
In this file 02 a numbering has been performed and then the file saved.
If it is reopened the numbering is static and to modify text (add headers) you
must destroy current numbering (hard codes added to headers to destroy using
regular expression to perform replace by nothing) and reset a numbering for
your new updating session.
This has to be repeated for each edition.
