There exists two methods for bitmap as background. One is the
<style:background-image>, the other is the <draw:fill-image> in case attribute
draw:fill="bitmap" is used. Historically the first one is usable with all
properties including table, table-row and table-cell properties. But the second
one is only usable with graphic-properties and page-properties. The draw:fill
attribute is that one, which has gradient and hatch in addition to bitmap and
color.
