Hi Kivi,
it should be possible in this way:
1. Format => Page => Header => More
2. Area => Bitmap => Add/Import your image
3. Customize options
Does this solve your problem?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the problem still remains and change it to RESOLVED NOTABUG,
if the steps solve your problem
