Libreoffice 6.1.3.1 Calc crash or freezes at some point while working with some

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open attached file
2.Do some operations, like enter charts, formulas scrolling
Actual Results:
Calc freezes or crash or the whole system becomes non-responsive.
Expected Results:
Program continue to work
Reproducible: Sometimes
