            Bug ID: 120980
Summary: Calc format convert from date to text gives unexpected
                    results
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.1.2.1 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
In Calc where cell format is "Date" and I change it to "Text" format then the
result is floating-point number. Expected no visual changes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Copy some data from somewhere. At least one column is in date format.
2. Paste to Calc (like CSV)
4. Select some date cells or a column and open popup menu => "Format cells.."
5. We see that "Category" is "Date". Change "Category" to "Text" => OK.
6. Cells' value for example was "08:02 15.10.18" (15th Oct 2018) and now
"43388,3347222222"
7. Expected "08:02 15.10.18"

Actual Results:
"08:02 15.10.18" was changed to "43388,3347222222"

Expected Results:
"08:02 15.10.18" is changed to "08:02 15.10.18" (only cell category should be
changed from date to text)

Reproducible: Always
