Free rotation in Writer creates a frame around it. Page wrap is useless that
way
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Rotate the image on page 3 freely
3. Will generate a frame (see page 2). Expect the same as on page 1. (rotated
in Draw, pasted into Writer)
Actual Results:
Annoying frame
Expected Results:
No frame
Reproducible: Always
