Description:
This is essentially same feature request as bug 102013 but this one probably
will require usage of GTK+ touch caret instead of Windows touch caret.
Steps to Reproduce:
Try to select partially visible paragraph at the top or at the bottom of the
LibreOffice window via touchscreen
Actual Results:
It's difficult to select text precisely as there is no touch caret
Expected Results:
Touch caret for precise text selection via touchscreen
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
