When I hover over a link that is inside a shape or inside a text box I only see
the link address. It does not show the phrase "Ctrl-click to follow hyperlink"
as it does when the link inside a normal cell.
Observed:
"Ctrl-click to follow hyperlink" doesn't show when hovering over a link inside
a shape or text box
What is expected:
"Ctrl-click to follow hyperlink" should be displayed
