Looks like there was some confusion in this report around this functionality
originally.
The confusion arises from the fact that when you create a hyperlink as button,
you are in form design mode. Yet, if you do not happen to have the Form design
toolbar open, you might never realise it.
When you exit the design mode, the button can be clicked (no need for Ctrl as
it is a button after all).
