Illustrates the UI change that occurs when selecting a chart
When selecting a chart in calc, an extra bar of blank space is created between
the application menu and the formula bar. The same behavior is observed when
viewing a comment. This behavior only occurs when classical menus are used and
all menus are on the side of the screen (instead of the top - as is
conventional).
Attached are a "normal" view of the interface and the "abnormal" change that
occurs when a chart is selected.
